Your data
Take a copy of everything, or have all of it removed.
You are not signed in to Lucid on this browser. Open Lucid, sign in, then come back to this page.
Take it with you
One file with every record that exists nowhere else — people, notes, projects, journal, the vault's entries, timeline, the lot. Not your mail: that lives in your own mailbox at Microsoft or Google, which is where the real copy has always been.
Your files are not in it. Vault documents, frame photographs, board pictures, your signature image and anything Lucid has read aloud are stored as files rather than records; this download lists them with their paths instead of containing them. To get the bytes themselves, open Lucid and use Settings → Your data → Take it all with you → Build my archive, which packages the records and the files together as a zip. Do that before you delete anything here: deletion removes the files too, and there is no undo.
One thing is worth knowing before you ever need it. If Lucid is restored from a backup, everything in this file comes back with it — except your bank connection, which is sealed with a key that is deliberately kept outside the database so that a copy of the database cannot read your bank. Restored without that key, the connection has to be made again. Nothing else needs redoing, and the file you download says which of those two situations you are in today.
Delete everything
There is no undo, and there is no backup this page knows about. Download your copy first if you might want one.
Nothing is deleted until you have seen exactly how much there is and typed your own address to confirm it.
